Right of withdrawal

You have the right, within thirty days to revoke this contract without giving reasons. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day , on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier who have or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you (Peter Schweckendiek, Bredenscheidersstraße 109, 45525 Hattingen, Germany, info@der-werkzeugmann.de, phone: 01709611516) must be using a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) inform about your decision to revoke this contract. Consequences of the revocation

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.
