Return Policy
Private customers (B2C) have a statutory 30-day right of withdrawal. The item must be returned complete and in its original condition.
Business customers (B2B) are granted a voluntary 30-day return period, also only if returned in the delivered condition.
In both cases:
The return shipment must be organized and paid for by the buyer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs.
Shipping & Processing
Shipping is usually handled by FedEx, securely packaged and with tracking included.
For larger or heavier items, we may use specialized freight carriers such as Illox to ensure safe delivery. In some cases, we reserve the right to use DHL or similar service providers.
Shipping is carried out within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Invoice & VAT
Each order includes a proper invoice with VAT shown separately. The stated gross price is binding and final.
EU VAT Regulation
For VAT-exempt intra-community deliveries, we require a valid VAT ID to be provided before the purchase is completed.
If the VAT ID is submitted after payment, a retroactive VAT refund is not possible.
Pickup
Pickup in 45525 Hattingen is possible by prior arrangement. Please select the shipping method "Collection in the shop" during checkout to avoid shipping charges.
Important: Collection is only possible after payment has been received. Cash payment on-site is only permitted by prior agreement. Please contact us in advance to schedule a fixed pickup appointment.
